Refunds only apply in the unlikely event that a piece has been damaged in transit. 

The artist must be contacted and images of the damage sent by email within 14 days of delivery.

If a return for refund is required the buyer will be responsible for securing the piece in the original packaging and returning via registered shipping.

A refund will be issued within 7 days of return receipt.
